Edith, you are young do ever stop believe in yourself. America defines beauty as the flawless airbrushed woman that no woman can measure up to. we all have flaws but focus on you assets and you’ll go far. i have stretch marks and cellulite but i have high sellf esteem so i’m flawless…and so are you. beauty is within you ,and it reflects on the outside.

what is the typical non-cellulite diet?

I have had cellulite since I was about 10 years old. I’m now 23 and pregnant with my second child (due in Jan – my hubby and I are very excited!) I’ve done a lot of research in the last couple of years and I have to say that this site has very good information. Having a healthy diet and exercise program has really helped me to combat this problem. I’m glad that some emphasis was put on Omega 3 – it is so good for women’s feeling of overall well being as well as fighting “bad fat” in the body.

If you read this Edith – don’t give up! I know exactly how you feel.
