I’ve tried the coffee thing but it’s very messy, I don’t really know if if worked either. Think I had to do it a few more times or something. But what I did want to agree on is your last line. It’s true, there really isn’t a quick fix and it all goes back to diet and exercise is the key. What I found is that targeted exercises help alot, like squats and lunges, or any exercise to work your back end.
